Allen abandoned Hell and decided to have a city life, but like most of the creatures, he started out as one of the low-class citizens of the city in Tartaros, but eventually he worked his way up to the middle-class by selling his body to women (basically he was a male prostitute). This was enjoyable, being an incubus of course. As soon as he got to Limbo, he rented a small apartment with the the money he earned. He also got a job at a local bar, meeting young women and seducing whoever he had interest in. Allen is currently enjoying his laid back life in Limbo, and he doesn't see the point of going up to Styx. All he wanted was just to have a normal lifestyle in Nexus.
